Having Fun with Babycakes Paper

Have you checked out the Babycakes paper pack yet? It is a paper from the Fall Idea Book so it has been around a little while. But it is still a fresh paper that is fun to play with.

Since it is a "baby" paper pack, I did do a baby layout. The overlay and the title were cut using the Artbooking cricut cartridge. 

And we needed a baby card. Again, I used the Artbooking cartridge to cut the giraffe. 

But now I have ventured away from baby stuff. This polka dot is perfect for any card. Love this stamp. It is from the Mother's Day set. 

And another card that works well for anyone. The wooden swirl is part of the mini medley wooden accents collection. The stamp set is You Only Live Once. It is a hostess only set. If you would like one, let me know. Is is easy to be a hostess and you receive a lot of free stuff!

The Babycakes paper is so cute. I just couldn't wait to do something with it. But my kids are all teens. No babies around here anymore. Luckily, my nephew is now a daddy, giving me a grand nephew. I love this picture of him and was very excited to showcase it using the Babycakes paper.

I used the Artbooking cartridge to cut an overlay and the "baby boy" title. As a quick accent, I used the Chantilly Textiles.

Now I think I'll make a few cards with this paper. I must have some occasion for a baby card soon.
